Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Cali Crush Boutique currently ships within the United States only. We do not currently offer international or express shipping.

Shipping rates and available shipping options will be displayed at checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders of $125 or more.

Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been processed. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information at the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@calicrushboutique.com if you notice an error in your shipping address. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been processed or shipped.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier for assistance. Cali Crush Boutique is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
